Creativity-Analysis

There is Lack of creativity.

Always good in doing incremental improvement, fixing bugs, refactoring existing code. However after fixing bugs, there is tendency to believe that "I am better... I know it all". But in reality, there is always lack of creativity and "Slave" attitude of following obvious path and competing with people who are stronger than me.

When it comes to creating something new ... Be it identifying a problem to solve, locating customer, employer, opportunities, there is clear deficiency of enthusiasm and creativity.

Possible Reasons:

• Lack of Self respect and belief.
• Viewing existence as injustice and demotivated to co-operate with society and self.
• Strong motivation to "just do enough" to survive and lack of belief in society as whole.
• Self destrucive approach and no genuine interest to help others or self.
• Fear of external authorities and tendency to be timid.
• Too self unassuming which is offensive to others as it indirectly demands others to do same.
• Lack of assertiveness is self insulting and insulting others as well.

Lack of self awareness:

• Recognize you are being touchy.
• Recognize you have lost the sense of deep calmness and ability to meditate well.
• Getting angry for others and issues where even when all concerned people do not care.
