Gnanam is to liberate from this conflict. Unclutching: - Life is mix of happy and sad thoughts. - When you recall, all happy thoughts form a Joy Shaft; sad thoughts form Pain Shaft; We try to generalize a period as full of Pain Shaft-- If so, then we will attract only pain thoughts. - You can win sad thoughts one by one. Thoughts occur only one by one. Destroy sad thoughts one by one. Don't club all sad thoughts into big sad thought (one big pain shaft), then you can not kill the sad thought when it comes-- because it is very powerful. - Most strongly believe they don't "deserve" joyful life. - Masochist - Addiction to pain. - People feel "homely" in being sad. - People feel uncomfortable in being in "excitement". - Shakthi generates as you work; So do more work. - Don't releate/generalize any experience with past experience. - You can have only one thought at a time. Nithya Dhyan: Sit in Vajrasana. Keep your hands on hips. Deep breath fast. Sit in Vajrasana. Keep chinmuthra. Pronounce Mahamanthram.. mmmm... Focus on each chakra one by one and meditate on them. Sit unclutched. Just witness the thoughts. Nirvikalpa State. Pray the prabancha shakthi that you would remain in this state for ever. Exercise: Keep writing all thoughts for next 10 mins. At the end, 90% of thoughts chain will be independent and irrelevant to your goals.
